First released in November 2025, Flynn Johnson’s THE GREEN BOX THEORY tells the story of growing up in Whitestown, Dublin 15. Through memories of friendship, heartbreak, bravado and loss, the album captures the people and places that shaped his younger years.
At the centre of it all is a green electricity box. A familiar meeting point on the estate, it becomes the place where friendships form, stories are shared and memories live on.
FRIDAY EDITION returns to that meeting point, revisiting a Friday-night gathering first mentioned in the original album. Featuring all 12 original tracks alongside seven new songs, the deluxe edition brings the story to its conclusion, with new perspectives on growing up, friendship and the moments that stay with us.
Released by Golden Éire Records.
