This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you interact with our site and services, the site and services of any of our affiliated artists, or make a purchase from our stores (each a “Site”, or collectively our “Sites”). When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We may also use the information we collect about you automatically to remember information about you so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site.

Marketing and advertising campaigns will be developed for broader audiences based on the Personal Information collected.

We may share your information with third-party service providers for the purpose of providing the Service to you and to facilitate Golden Éire Records' legitimate interests. Those service providers will only be provided with access to your information as is reasonably necessary for the purpose that we have engaged the service provider, and we will require that such third parties comply with this Privacy Policy, appropriate data processing terms and any applicable laws.
